I've purchased many different workout regimens and diet plans in the past, however, NONE of my previous purchases let achieve quite what I wanted. Some would help me bulk up but not really lose fat, some would help me tone but end up costly me muscle. Until just before my 50th birthday, I probably would’ve been voted the guy least likely to ever set foot in a gym. Lifting, grunting, sweating--- no thanks, not for me.
But reaching the half-century mark was a wake-up call, so I decided I’d better join a gym and get in shape. I was slender, a little bit skinny fat, as you call it, and had zero muscle. I wasn’t trying to get bulked and bigger really, just wanted to stay healthy and look more toned.

I have been on your program from about 2 months now, and all I can say is that you are the man!!! I started out weighing 190 lbs with a 38” waist, and I am now down to 157 lbs with a 29.5” waist. BURNS 40 LBS OF FAT
Just a short update on progress. I've now lost 40 lbs in 4 months! Not by starving either as I'm eating about 5 times a day and just eliminated the stuff like those famed golden arches type fatty meals, oops I meant happy meals. Still have a day to enjoy anything I want. I guess we all have our weaknesses! I might mention that I've been traveling for 3 weeks out of the last 2 months and ate out during that period of time at least twice a day.
I've dropped 4 sizes so far and it's really been noticed by co-workers both in Chicago and Atlanta plus relatives and friends. I met my daughter's softball coach a couple times and when I saw him again a few weeks ago he just looked at me and tried to figure out who I was.

I am 44 years old, plus I have battled with extreme thyroid disease for years. I have been extremely hyperthyroid as well as extremely hypothyroid. I've had massive doses of radioactive iodine twice for the hyperthyroidism (Graves Disease), and that is what made me go hypothyroid. Where do I start really? I bought your MuscleNOW program and gave it a ho hum approach some 2-3 years ago. With this weak approach I STILL saw results, however not the results I was looking for. For those 2-3 years I went to college and by the end of it let me tell you, I was absolutely disgusted. My gut had reached 43 inches and I weighed in at a rotund 233 pounds with, get this 25.5% body fat!
So I said what the heck, instead of doing your program for 3 weeks then stopping for a month, I am going to do Francesco's program for one whole year straight and if it still doesn't work I’m going to tell him he’s full of crap.
Hahaha yes Francesco, its been 3 months and one week, I am now 200 pounds with 16.5% body fat, with 33 lbs gone. Your program IS perfect, the only thing it lacks is a dedicated person. I am glad to say that your program entails all of the best and I am totally addicted to my results thus far.
Your MuscleNOW program IS bodybuilding just without all of the crap that others want you to believe. I have always considered myself an honest man, and there is no 2 weeks and look in the mirror and you’re ripped kind of deal with this program. Part of the reason that I have had so much success with your diet and training program is because it is very black and white, and combined with your e-mail service, it takes all of the guesswork out of diet and exercise. I have been on programs before that required me to make educated guesses and use various forms of rationale in which I had no idea of how accurate some of my choices were regarding training and diet. These types of systems have not been very effective for me because I never knew if I was on the right track. Concerns and doubts soon follow when you start thinking that perhaps your lack of results is due to misinformation or a poor interpretation of information. I should not have to spend time interpreting and making educated guesses about what was meant in various training and diet literature. Fortunately, I stumbled across your website, and I have found your program and invaluable e-mail service to be a blueprint for success, not merely thought provoking suggestions like you find in other training and diet literature. Based on your program, I now know how much and how often to eat, as well as the proper ratios of protein to carbs to consume at each meal. I know when to consume simple vs. complex carbs, and I also know exactly how many grams of protein and carbs to consume with each meal.
Your training program is also very straight forward, easy to understand and implement. I do not have to think, I just follow instructions and I know that I will achieve success. This is extremely motivating as well because in the past I have justified cheating on my diet and missing workouts by telling myself "I don’t even know if I am implementing this program correctly, I am making all kinds of guesses and I feel that I am getting nowhere. I will start fresh next week with a different program, but for now, I might as well enjoy myself before I start fresh." Pizza Hut here I come. Most of the time it is cognitions like this that start binges. With your program, these kinds of thoughts and cognitions are not an issue, because I know exactly what I am doing, and where it is taking me.

People say “boy, you look like you’re losing weight” after just 4-5 weeks
Well, here's an update:
While I know you've probably heard this before, prior to signing up and trying your MuscleNOW program I'd been working out for years! Since starting your program (I'm just finishing week 5) I'm just at the point of passing some of my greatest lift weights ever.
With the staggered rep & set routine each week it seems to keep my body just confused enough to encourage it to make new gains because it doesn't have time to get into a set routine. What I'm finding is that I get a good workout every time.
On the weight side I am beginning to get the diet down & people who haven't seen me have said, "boy you look like you’re losing weight" which I think is quite something for just 4-5 weeks on this program, in the winter with lots of clothes on.
I just wanted to thank you for your program. Its been about 5 weeks since I have been using your system, my gains are incredible. I started off lifting about 5 years ago. Since a shoulder injury, weightlifting was off limits per doctors orders. I gave your program a shot, and with your online help my shoulder feels so much better. I can perform a lot more exercises than I could before and could even think that I could again. Through the past 3 years out of the gym, my physique was average. And thru your program, and taking it somewhat easy because of my shoulder, I have noticed a huge difference. I started off at a gross 185 pounds, 39" chest, 35 1/2" waist and a disappointing 14 1/2" arms. 5 weeks later after your help I am now 178-182 pounds, 42" chest, 34 1/2" waist and incredibly, my biceps grew about 2" to 16". Your program is the best I've ever experienced.
I am an Asian 5'6 140 lbs with 16-17% body fat. Asians may look fine with clothes on, but when they take their clothes off, most will look awful, because we are mostly "skinny-fat" type of people. Within a month of being CONSISTENT following the program, my body fat has gone down to 10.5 % using a Tanita scale (weight = 132 lbs). I am sure that I only lose the fat because all the measurements on the biceps and chest have not decreased, so I don't lose muscle. In fact, my waist size has gone down from 33" to 29.5" and all my pants are getting loose :).
Of course you might say that some measurements out there are probably inaccurate. But let me tell you this. There is no more satisfaction than watching yourself in the mirror with results right in front of your eyes. I haven't been able to show the packs and ribs on my abs. Now i can :) Just need a bit more time to get my body fat to 6%.
I've played around with some programs offered like yours from the net, and I even purchased some of them from my friends. It's just so destructive that my body became worse than ever before. I just wanted to say thank you and add to the list of testimonials which enticed me to purchase your program. For anyone out there who is considering buying this program, realize that it doesn't provide just an incredible change in appearance, but positively impacts so many aspects of your life.
To establish my previous situation, I was 280 pounds on a 6 foot frame, not pretty at all. I tried the Atkins diet, which worked, but as Francesco has pointed out in his program, at what cost? Now many accuse the diet of depriving the brain of carbohydrates, the only fuel it seems to use. I definitely felt a mental difference after starting the diet. Anyway, I managed to get to 215 pounds. To those of you who would consider the Atkins diet: The "after" me was merely a smaller version of the "before" me. The fat and muscle ratios in my body stayed about the same, and I simply lost volume. Not only did that happen, but I hit a plateau at 215 and simply could not overcome it though trying for well over 4 months. I had previously purchased Francesco's program, but it had ended up tossed on a shelf with a half dozen other plans because it simply seemed like too much trouble. However after rediscovering it, I decided it was time to give it a shot. I was still too clingy to the Atkins to embrace new dieting concepts, but I decided to do the aerobics and lifting programs.
Although I achieved fat loss by following a high protein/low carbohydrate diet, I suffered a loss in muscle mass. Once I added Francesco's outlined diet to the program, I put a whole quarter inch on both biceps in one week. I have made incredible gains in strength in both squats and bench press, and I can definitely say I feel more solid after eating the right ratios of protein and carbs. On top of all of that, I've started to gain that v-shaped torso as well as having my abs poke through. The visible results themselves provide an inspirational fuel that makes sticking with this program so much easier than others.
My strength is still increasing while I'm dropping useless pounds of fat! Not only have I gotten stronger, but I've gotten faster too. I ran a four mile cross country course this past weekend, and I have shaved a whole fifteen minutes from my time, and that's just in a little over four months! On top of all of that, I'm still losing about 1/4 inch off of my waist every week and becoming consistently leaner by the day. Also, I have been taking my resting heart rate (not the "true" resting heart rate when I wake up, but rather just at random points in the day) and it ranges from 40 to 45 beats per minute. I'm not sure how good this is overall, but compared to 68 or so four months ago when I started your program, it was quite an accomplishment.

And to anyone out there considering this program - if you have the desire and ability to commit yourself to completely transforming the way you look and feel, which will inevitably lead to a better life overall, then Francesco has written the roadmap that will get you there.
I want to tell you that I began the program 5 weeks ago, and I have seen some excellent results. I began the program weighing 190 pounds, not OBESE for me, because I had a lot of muscle, but definitely overweight. At this point, I weigh 182 pounds. 8 pounds in 5 weeks is pretty good for any long-term diet or lifestyle change, I think, but the real treat is that I know I have lost far more than 8 pounds of fat, since I am certain that on your program, I have put on a few pounds of muscle. I've lost about 5 inches off of my waist and see no sign of that slowing down, so the fat-loss phase in which I'm working is definitely effective.
I want you to know that I was doing a low-carb, high protein diet for about 3 years. I had indeed lost weight, but eventually my body just STALLED. I wasn't losing any more weight. Beyond the physiological effects on the muscles and fat, I think your program has a very powerful effect on curbing appetite and equalizing chemical balances that might otherwise lead towards intense cravings for different types of foods.

I did low carb [south beach, atkins] this year and had no improvement and didn't feel well. Lost weight but had no energy to lift. Now I can eat cereal, tortillas, bread again, and juice! It is great. It takes planning but it is easy.

I've been making good progress thus far with the fat loss phase. I'm dropping waist and scale readings, losing about .75" off my waist and about 3 scale pounds. But what I noticed recently is that I have gained ANOTHER 1/4" on my biceps. So does this mean that I’m losing fat and gaining muscle? Cause I don't believe my eyes.. but that's what it appears to look like. It looks like I’m burning the fat and putting on muscle. I guess this is the butterzone :) Where every bodybuilder wants to be.
During my leg's bicep's days I got a really extreme blood pump in my arms (bicep and forearm) more than I think I’ve ever had. People were looking at me (for a change) at the gym. I'm sure they were thinking, "yeah he must be on the juice."
This information WORKS! I try to get people hooked on buying your program whenever they can. But some really just wanna see results and put no effort in. There's not much I can do to encourage those people except tell them all the benefits of a metabolism raise, fat loss, muscle gain, etc.
I've definitely realized that people at the gym (like I used to haha) who don't train with some kind of notebook or plan or sheet to write down their progress and weights with have really no idea where they are at. Perhaps some people are in maintenance and really know their weights. But when I look around my gym, I know a lot of these guys aren’t doing body maintenance, the truth is they just DON'T KNOW what they are doing.
Just to let you know, I am still losing inches every week and it feels great. Time to buy new clothes!

Well, I'm in my third cycle and almost done with my 3rd week. So far, I lost 40 pounds and 4 inches off my waist. I now weight 174 with a waist of 34 1/2. My bench went from 125 (7 reps) at the beginning to 160 (7 reps). So far, I've experienced only positive results.

They were still regulating my synthroid until March of that year! So now we know, even with a dying thyroid, with enough determination and an excellent trainer such as yourself, the sky's the limit! I’ve had incredible fat loss.
I'm currently finishing week 3 this Friday and so far I've had incredible fat loss. 40.5 waist to 34 inches, weight down from 184 to 158. My arms have increased from 13.5 to 14 inches. Well I have not even began on the FULL course yet, just keeping the concepts in mind when eating and exercising. I take my BP all the time on real, calibrated BP machines at my hospital. I KNOW what my BP norms are. I have seen it rise since getting out of the military as I've gotten more and more lazy. In 6 weeks of doing your program, the drops are just unreal.

My doctor's appointment went great! He's very impressed by the weight I've lost. He says I'm much healthier, as my blood pressure is down to 110 over 80. I failed to ask him what it was before, but I know it must have been high as he was contemplating prescribing me medicine for high blood pressure. The doctor also said that my cholesterol levels were down. I went to the doctor in October weighing in at 221. 3 months later, I had dropped to 206. This time I weighed in at 184, and I'm now on a building phase as I hit my 175 goal weight! So in the last 6 months, I lost 31 lbs of fat, increased my calories, and gained an additional 9 lbs of muscle. I love this program! Thank you very much. I just ordered yesterday for my wife. I've been on Fat Vanish for about 3.5 months now and haven't let you know how I'm progressing. I have lost 16 lbs. I have been measuring for years many parts of my body so I just kept on even though you say only waist and caliper. My waist is the last part to lose on my body so I'm glad that I saw improvements elsewhere on my body. Most of it came off on my neck and back. People noticed soon because my face also was thinner.
I noticed that the weight isn't important (haven't dropped a size yet either because of big waist measurement) but my clothes fit different. Almost at the place now where my body doesn't have much choice now but to take it off my waist! Yea! That means lower size also. I have had 6 children and have had a big stomach and waist with appearance of cottage cheese. Have tried repeatedly through spot training to get rid of it. Have also had trouble with low blood sugar and was aware of insulin control - your method helped my to fine-tune that. I have been to the doctor since your program and had full blood work, and total cholesterol was like 217 last year but I had a good ratio of low to high. This year, my total cholesterol was 167 and the ratio was even better. I lost 4.5 inches in my waist but still need to lose another 3 inches.

I had been going to the gym for about 6 months trying to lose weight and working out in a way which I thought was right. However, the weeks would pass and nothing changed. I was getting nowhere! I have to say that the Fat Vanish weight loss program worked great for me. I'm 35, and got into a "Biggest Loser" contest with some friends and relatives and in 9 weeks lost 45 lbs. I was working out hard and was very faithful to the diet (other then an anniversary dinner and a trip to Hawaii) but even with those distractions the diet plan worked wonders. I went from a 44 pants to 38's. I only wish I had taken before and after pictures to send you. I went from 278 to 233. Needless to say losing that much weight has caused some fun dilemmas like getting new work clothes and bothering my pregnant wife who is 8 months along and only gaining while I got semi-skinny again.

51 YEAR OLD BURNS AWAY 28 LBS OF FAT & 5” FROM THE BELLY
I recently went for a glucose tolerance test and passed with very good numbers. The fasting glucose before ingesting the sugar drink was down to 103 this time. I have to assume that the 127 reading 2 months ago was somehow flawed and my actual glucose level dropped from its usual 110 - 112 to 103 which is what I expected with the diet, exercise and resulting weight loss.
From the first of the year up until the first week of May I was following the Fat Vanish diet, doing aerobics 5-7x/wk and doing biceps,triceps,chest press, chest flies and stomach crunches 2x/wk. This resulted in a 28-29 lbs loss and about 5" in the waist. We did a lot of vacationing in May. While on vacation I didn't exercise at all, ate whatever I wanted, and drank much more alcohol than usual. In between trips I would get back to the diet and just now am getting back to exercising. I'm surprised but elated to say that even though I gained a pound or two here and there, they came right off once I got back on the diet/exercise routine. This is a true testament to your methods.
As I write this, I’ve made it through the holidays without putting on much/if any weight with plenty of unhealthy eating and drinking, so it was a pleasant surprise. I'm still maintaining the 28 -30 pound loss for the past 7 months.
I never did send you an update of my progress in Fat Vanish. When I started six and a half months ago, my waist size was 40, and my weight was 189. Currently, my waist is 29 3/4, and my weight is 157. Other than my Krav Maga martial arts classes, I really haven't been working out. Although I need to if I ever expect to move to the next level and have an actual beach body physique. But your diet by itself has worked wonders. I didn't think I could ever fit into size 32 pants again, and now I am fitting into size 30! Thanks again, and I will send you another update when results warrant.

Let me start by saying your program has helped me greatly. So far I have lost 30 pounds, without taking a single pill, or drinking a single shake. I've been eating real food, and now I see that this is possible without supplements. I never knew i could eat so much and lose weight. But after reading the part of your program about how the body goes into starvation mode, it all makes sense now.
I wanted to let you know that your program is helpful far beyond the realm of fat loss. For years I was a smoker. I know, the worst thing anyone could ever do. When I started your program, I smoked, but because of the words you wrote in your program, I was able to quit. Particularly the phrase 'exercising the virtue of patience, it's a virtual key to success'. For the past 6 months I have been smoke free, and again, without the use of any supplement. All by myself. The right inspiration is the most powerful tool.
One last thing. I found a way to not only incorporate cardio into my day, but also brighten my day. I got a dog. Every day we jog for 30 minutes, and on weekends we run around the park for an hour or so. This is such a great form of exercise. Plus, it's been said pets tend to put people in more positive moods, therefore making it easier to achieve their goals. I've noticed an incredible difference.

If so much as one of your clients is able to use it for motivation, then it makes it well worth the time it took to write it, and the time it takes for you to add it. I've even got a story about Atkins plan that I heard from a friend just recently. A lady & her boyfriend (friends of mine, heard about this 1st hand) went on the Atkins plan (they only needed to lose maybe 10 lbs each, as they weren't overweight at all) and they CONSTANTLY complained about feeling very hungry, dizzy, and lack of energy. Needless to say, they were on it for like 3 days.

In 4 months I went from a 42" waist to a 37.5" waist. I have also lost about 20 pounds, although this is hard to measure because I have also gained muscle since I have weight trained consistently in the past and I returned to it upon starting the diet. The results are incredible and the diet is remarkably easy. Even when I cheat, I don't binge because I don't crave junk as strongly, and I don't like the feeling afterward, physically and psychologically. I am actually enjoying it!
